Most of you know that I have a small bakery, a place where I create a lot of delicious savory and especially, desserts. It gives me the freedom to test some crazy combinations and test my pastry chef skills. I can say I am a good one, though I am not trained in this area. So, last week I went to a food class "A la tarte". It was a gift from a friend and I was glad that I could participate. Learned a lot of interesting things, though I might not implement them in my bakery. Not that I am arrogant or something, but I am more focused on homemade goodies rather than fine dine cuisine.

The recipes presented there was: quiche with goat cheese, leek and sun dried tomatoes, blueberries cheesecake, peach and pistachio tart, chocolate and salty caramel tart, exotic tart.
