Benefit To Eat Fish

Protein or non-vegetarian food is an essential nutrient for us. About 20-30% of a person's daily caloric intake should come from protein foods. Many people think that meat is the only good source of protein or non-vegetarian food. While meat may provide the same amount of nutrients as fish, many may not want to accept this idea. Meat and fish are both first-class non-vegetarian food sources. Eating fish is better for health than eating meat.
