First fish should be cleaned and washed well. Then marinate lemon juice and salt for 10-15 minutes, it will soften the thorns. After that rub the spices well on the fish with turmeric chilli coriander cumin ginger-garlic batter and keep it for 30 minutes. Heat oil medium heat in oven. Fry the fish one by one until red and crispy. Once fried, keep it on a kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.
