NUOVE DROGHE A CUBA
Raul quando era premier ad un incontro della Celac disse che a Cuba la droga si combatte a sangre y fuego.
Detto questo, a Tunas, ho sempre saputo dove e da chi, eventualmente, avrei potuto trovarla mentre a marzo all'Avana in Calle Cuba, sotto casa, per 2 volte mi hanno chiesto se volevo "bamba".
Intanto nella capitale sono state arrestate 22 persone e processate per reati che avevano a che vedere con la produzione e spaccio di droga anche con implicazioni internazionali.

Poi ci sono stati gli arresti a seguito delle investigazioni su di una droga artigianale e MOLTO economica, per capirci una "dose" costa meno di una cerveza.
Si chiama Quimico e Kimiko.
Costa 150/200 cup, pare che venga preparata artigianalmente con anestetici e antiepilettici, gli effetti durano in base alla quantita' di droga inalata.
Si fuma anche nei locali pubblici. non ha odore, i consumatori si preparano le "canne" a casa o in luoghi sicuri aggiungendo una dose di prodotto sulla punta di una normale sigaretta.

Poi c'e' la droga di provenienza estera, recentemente sono stati arrestati 2 stranieri all'aeroporto Jose' Marti', entrambi portavano cocaina all'interno del corpo.
Si faranno 15 anni di gabbio e se li faranno tutti.
Ad un altro straniero e' stata trovato, sempre in aeroporto un involucro di marijuana e rischia 10 anni di galera.

In caso di processi per droga Cuba puo' infliggere pene di 30 anni di detenzione, ergastolo o anche la pena di morte anche se questa non viene inflitta da decenni.
Vengono inoltre confiscati ai colpevoli tutti i beni acquisiti grazie ai reati di cui sono accusati; case, terre, veicoli, attivita' commerciali e via discorrendo.
Il fenomeno e' in forte espansione, davvero e' il momento di combatterlo a sangre y fuego.

NEW DRUGS IN CUBA

Another foreigner was found, again at the airport, with a package of marijuana and risks 10 years in prison.

In the case of drug trials, Cuba can impose sentences of 30 years of detention, life imprisonment or even the death penalty even if this has not been imposed for decades.
Furthermore, all the assets acquired thanks to the crimes they are accused of are confiscated from the guilty parties; houses, lands, vehicles, commercial activities and so on.
The phenomenon is rapidly expanding, it really is time to fight it with blood and fuego.
