Una delle cose che il cubano non ha perso in questo momento storico cosi' complicato e' la sua allegria e la sua voglia di buttare anche le situazioni piu' complicate sul ridere.
Se succedesse da noi cio' che sta' accadendo a Cuba ogni mattina il monatto dovrebbe passare col suo carretto per raccogliere i morti ammazzati in mezzo alla strada.
Vi faccio un esempio pratico.

Tenendo per buono il fatto che lo stipendio medio cubano sia di 3000 cup e quello italiano di 1500 euro e' come se da domani mattina l'olio per friggere (badate bene non quello di oliva) costasse 300 euro al pomo.
La gente si sbranerebbe in mezzo alla strada perche' poi tutti gli altri costi sarebbero di conseguenza.

Invece pur con tutti i casini che hanno trovo spesso i cubani allegri e sorridenti, gioviali ed ospitali nei confronti di gente come noi che arriva dall'altra parte del mondo con denaro frusciante in tasca avendo come unico merito (che pero' non rappresenta una colpa) l'essere nati dalla parte “giusta” del pianeta.

Da questo punto di vista il cubano si sente penalizzato, mentre per me i penalizzati sono altri, ma malgrado questo affronta tutto con la consueta leggerezza, quella che in fondo amiamo tanto.
Sanno ridere di situazioni che da noi farebbero scattare saccheggi di massa, prendono di buzzo buono il dovere fare mezza giornata di coda per una bolita de gas, come per molte altre cose.
Certo loro a determinate situazioni sono abituati, magari sognano di andarsene pero' vivono il presente molto meglio di come faremo noi al loro posto.

Ovviamente la situazione che stanno vivendo aumenta lo stress, stato d'animo a loro sconosciuto fino a pochi anni fa, ma e' uno stress che tutto sommato non toglie il sonno, uno stress che con una boccia di anejo puo' venire dimenticato, almeno per qualche ora, almeno per qualche momento.
Forse incide anche il fatto di essere un paese dove il sesso è molto meno problematico rispetto a quanto accade da noi.
Sembra un fattore marginale ma in realtà non è così.
Una notte divertente ed appagante può cambiare prospettiva a molte situazioni ed aiuta a campare meglio.

From this point of view the Cuban feels penalised, while for me the penalized are others, but despite this he faces everything with the usual lightness, the one that we ultimately love so much.
They know how to laugh at situations that would trigger mass looting in our country, they take lightly having to queue for half a day for a gas bottle, as for many other things.
Of course they are used to certain situations, maybe they dream of leaving but they live the present much better than we would do in their place.

Obviously the situation they are experiencing increases their stress, a state of mind unknown to them until a few years ago, but it is a stress that all in all does not take away sleep, a stress that with a bowl of anejo can be forgotten, at least for a few hours, at least for a few moments.
Perhaps the fact of being a country where sex is much less problematic than what happens here also has an impact.
It seems like a marginal factor but in reality it is not.
A fun and fulfilling night can change the perspective of many situations and help you live better.

Una de las cosas que no ha perdido el cubano en este complicado momento histórico es su alegría y sus ganas de hacer reír hasta en las situaciones más complicadas.
Si nos pasara lo que está pasando en Cuba, todas las mañanas tendría que pasar el monatto con su carreta a recoger los muertos abatidos en plena carretera.
Te daré un ejemplo práctico.

Teniendo en cuenta que el salario medio cubano es de 3.000 tazas y el italiano de 1.500 euros, es como si a partir de mañana por la mañana el aceite para freír (ojo, no de oliva) cueste 300 euros el pomo.
La gente sería despedazada en medio de la calle porque entonces vendrían todos los demás costos.

En cambio, a pesar de todos los problemas que tienen, muchas veces encuentro a los cubanos alegres y sonrientes, joviales y hospitalarios con personas como nosotros que llegamos del otro lado del mundo con dinero crujiendo en los bolsillos, teniendo como único mérito (que, sin embargo, no representa una falla) nacer en el lado “derecho” del planeta.

Desde este punto de vista el cubano se siente penalizado, mientras que para mí los penalizados son otros, pero a pesar de ello afronta todo con la ligereza habitual, esa que al final tanto amamos.
Saben reírse de situaciones que provocarían saqueos masivos en nuestro país, se toman a la ligera tener que hacer cola durante medio día para una bombona de gas, como para muchas otras cosas.
Por supuesto que están acostumbrados a determinadas situaciones, tal vez sueñan con irse pero viven el presente mucho mejor que nosotros en su lugar.

Evidentemente la situación que están viviendo aumenta su estrés, un estado de ánimo que desconocían hasta hace unos años, pero es un estrés que al fin y al cabo no les quita el sueño, un estrés que con un plato de añejo se puede olvidar. al menos por unas horas, al menos por unos momentos.
Quizás también influya el hecho de ser un país donde el sexo es mucho menos problemático que lo que ocurre aquí.
Parece un factor marginal pero en realidad no lo es.
Una noche divertida y satisfactoria puede cambiar la perspectiva de muchas situaciones y ayudarte a vivir mejor.
