Mentre il calcio e' uno sport particolarmente divisivo, soprattutto
se lo si vive con tanto di panza sul divano, altri sport coi loro campioni hanno la capacita' di unire il nostro tifo nel loro nome.
Ho gia' fatto un pezzo sulla pazzesca vittoria di Sinner agli Australian Open che davvero ha fatto seguire questo sport anche a chi non era un appassionato.
Mettiamoci anche l'educazione e la modestia di questo ragazzo, questo figlio che molti genitori vorrebbero avere.
E' normale ma anche bello che tutta Italia si sia innamorata di questo campione.

Sono situazioni che si sono ripetute con altri campioni negli anni passati, pensate ad Alberto Tomba.
In un mondo dove a fatica gli atleti parlavano italiano arriva questo che, col suo accento bolognese, fa un mazzo cosi' a tutti.
Il suo carattere guascone, persino le sue cazzate hanno fatto in modo che l'Italia si innamorasse di lui e seguisse le telecronache del grande Gattai col fiato sospeso.

Valentino Rossi come facevi a non amarlo?
Anche lui col suo accento romagnolo (anche se e' nato nelle Marche) la sua follia sulla moto, la leggerezza con cui trattava uno sport dove se ti distrai per una frazione di secondo rischi di andare
al creatore.
Seguivo il moto mondiale soltanto per lui tanto che adesso, pur in presenza di piloti italiani fortissimi, dedico a questo sport giusto il tempo di sapere chi ha vinto il GP.

Marco Pantani ha fatto amare il ciclismo ad almeno due generazioni di appassionati.
Da bimbo e poi ragazzino ero un fan di Gimondi, avevo la biglia con la sua faccia nelle interminabili gare sulle piste fatte col culo in spiaggia.
Pantani mi ha fatto seguire giri d'Italia e Tour col cuore palpitante come quello di tutti gli italiani.
L'epilogo della sua storia e della sua vita e' ancora una ferita aperta nel mio essere uomo di sport.
