In mezzo a tante, troppe, notizie di merda ne e' arrivata una che, almeno per me, ha un valore importante.
L'aula della Camera ha approvato in via definitiva con un voto bipartisan la proposta di legge costituzionale che inserisce la tutela dello sport in Costituzione.
In seconda lettura il provvedimento aveva gia' ottenuto il si del Senato, anche in questo caso con un voto bipartisan.
Il testo ha una sola norma che all'articolo 33 della Carta dove si parla di arte e scienza aggiunge;”La Repubblica riconosce il valore educativo, sociale e di promozione del benessere psicofisico dell'attivita' sportiva in tutte le sue forme”.

Era ora ma ora queste parole vanno trasferite nella pratica.
Da uomo che vive anche di sport ma di sport non pubblico, a pagamento in strutture private auspico che l'attivita' sportiva torni ad essere una priorita' per tutti e che lo Stato promuova presidi
sportivi GRATUITI ED APERTI A TUTTI.
Perche' lo sport non deve essere a disposizione solo di chi ha il
denaro per pagarlo.

Occorre che in tutto il territorio i comuni, le provincie, le regioni si facciano promotrici di quegli sport di cui si parla soltanto se portano medaglie alle Olimpiadi ma che sono sani, formativi del
carattere e tolgono i ragazzini dalla strada.
Non esiste soltanto il calcio.

E' stato comunque fatto, tardivamente, un grosso passo avanti, ora lo sport e' parte integrante della nostra Costituzione, facciamo che lo diventi anche nella vita di tutti i giorni della maggior parte della
popolazione.
Iniziando dalla scuola dove l'educazione fisica non deve continuare ad essere la parente povera delle altre materie.
Negli Usa se via forte in uno sport hai borse di studio per l'università' dove poi pero' devi studiare e rispettare certi parametri se vuoi continuare ad averla.
A Cuba lo sport e' diritto di ogni cittadino, gratuito e accessibile.
Da noi, ad oggi, il nulla.
Questa cosa deve cambiare.

In the midst of so much, too much, shitty news, one has arrived which, at least for me, has an important value.
The Chamber of Deputies definitively approved, with a bipartisan vote, the constitutional bill which inserts the protection of sport into the Constitution.
At the second reading the measure had already obtained the yes of the Senate, also in this case with a bipartisan vote.
The text has only one rule which adds to article 33 of the Charter which talks about art and science; "The Republic recognizes the educational, social and promotion value of psychophysical well-being of sporting activity in all its forms".

It's about time but now these words must be put into practice.
As a man who also lives from sport but from non-public sport, for a fee in private facilities, I hope that sporting activity will once again become a priority for everyone and that the State will promote safeguards
sports FREE AND OPEN TO ALL.
Because sport must not be available only to those who have the
money to pay for it.

It is necessary that throughout the territory the municipalities, provinces and regions promote those sports which are only talked about if they bring medals to the Olympics but which are healthy, formative of
character and take kids off the streets.
There is not only football.

However, a big step forward was made belatedly, now sport is an integral part of our Constitution, let's make it so in the everyday life of the majority of people
population.
Starting from school where physical education must not continue to be the poor relation of other subjects.
In the USA, if you do well in a sport, you have scholarships for university where, however, you have to study and respect certain parameters if you want to continue to have it.
In Cuba, sport is the right of every citizen, free and accessible.
From us, to date, nothing.
This thing has to change.
