Few are those who are constantly trying to understand the different intricacies of the Steem blokchain. So, it is always great to see when someone provides ideas that are that comprehensive.
I personally never liked the current TRX implementation because it is basically just a waste of resources, also because it inherited a well know flaw on the Steem blockchain and POB mechanism. I like your idea, it is doable and a more healthy approach for both blockchain, and I even think that the current distribution system of TRX should be revisited.
TRX as an Influence Token
This sums everything. Give people an incentive to hold on to TRX and they will do it.
