Hello foodies!
This morning when I woke up from my deep sleep, the rain soaked the earth until the sun refused to show its light. The rain this morning made me unable to get out of bed, I didn't even have a lot of planning to cultivate everything and it seems that all plans fail today, I will replace them tomorrow morning.
Seriously, I actually fell asleep until the rain stopped around 11.00 am and made me unable to cook. There was no food at home, at least I had to save myself from hunger because I didn't eat because of the rain trap.
I try to hope that there are foodstuffs that I can process, I really am so hungry, that my stomach is probably screaming and continues to my brain until I slow to think.
I opened the cupboard, I found 5 loaves of bread that were about to expire today, I looked at the details of the bread, whether there was mold or not, fortunately this bread is still very safe to eat.
But, there is one other thing that makes me confused, I don't have any jam at home. I forgot to buy jam during my monthly shopping trip yesterday, what an idiot I was.
My husband screamed hungry and wanted to eat something, without thinking, I immediately processed this bread into something delicious and would make our stomachs full even though we only ate 5 slices of this thin bread.
I intend to make garlic bread like in a famous pizza restaurant near my house. Usually pizza hut will provide an appetizer in the form of aromatic garlic bread.
And without taking long, I immediately made it. Here's a simple garlic bread recipe left over from yesterday's bread, check this out!

I served garlic bread with hot sweet tea for my husband and hot chocolate for me. Finally we can hold off hunger at least until lunch, and after the rain stops I'll go buy some groceries for the day.
