ALBERTO lavora nel panel STEEMIT da circa 3 anni e il suo amico LUIS gli chiede come si lavora nel panel e come si guadagna STEEM

ALBERTO has been working in the STEEMIT panel for about 3 years and his friend LUIS asks him how to work in the panel and how to earn STEEM .

Mentre si allenano, ALBERTO spiega a LUIS come lavorare, gli dice che quando inizia deve avere pazienza, che solo il lavoro costante gli farà ottenere risultati.

LUIS motivato dal suo amico, si iscrive al panel. Passano alcuni giorni e viene accettato. Fa il suo primo post e poi cerca il suo amico ALBERTO ,quando riceve una risposta dal suo amico, si sente felice perché gli piace l'interazione. Cerca altri utenti e commenta i loro post. Si sente bene nel panel.

LUIS continua a lavorare, non vede risultati, il valore delle sue pubblicazioni NON è giusto in relazione al lavoro, (fa fatica ad adattarsi), cerca il suo amico ALBERTO, analizzano qual è il problema, ALBERTO gli dice, cerca una comunità in cui ti senti bene, e lui continua a lavorare

LUIS si iscrive a una comunità diversa da quella in cui ha lavorato, riceve supporto, vede modi di lavorare in diverse concursi, trova persino persone con cui prova empatia, il suo amico Alberto vede i suoi risultati e si congratula con lui, LUIS lo ringrazia per averlo motivato, Alberto gli dice: io ti motivo, tu lavori, è così che funziona... Ti auguro una buona giornata.
