A Little More of Us
You can give a spark of the moon, a necklace of brief petals or a shred of cloud; you can give another wing to those who thirst to fly or just the priceless treasure of your time anywhere; you can give what you are and what you feel without being asked name, gender, or address; you can give, in short, with emotion, everything that, in silence, your heart whispers to you; you can give the rhyme without rhyme of a music only yours to those who suffer the misery of days in the roofless night of a street; you can join the diamond of giving to the humus of a strong and ancient belief, in the form of a poem or a song; you can be the book, the dream, the hand of the clock of life without delay, and being all this you will be even more, anonymous, full and free, a ship always ready to leave the dock, because what counts, seeing well, is always giving a little more, without invoice, without fame, without schedule, that the greatest reward of those who give is the joy of a voluntary gesture.
And, after all, what is all this worth? It is worth the nothing that is everything whenever we give of ourselves what, being an act of love, gains voice and becomes eternal for being unique and total.

Unfortunately, I cannot see the photos you share. This must be due to my connection or perhaps the memory of my device. So I will make myself a cup of tea and see if something will appear. It's good to see some text for occasions like these.
I hope you are doing fine and are happy to be back in Italy again. I still hope you will pay a visit at Art & Artists and host a contest or perhaps I should since artists don't seem to like promoting themselves that much.

I hope the tea time was enjoyable. I am posting in the Italy community and I hope they like my posts. It would be interesting to organize some edited flower contest with image editing software... since I have never organized a contest before, I am unfamiliar with the workflow to do that task... maybe you could help me with the process by providing guidance on how to proceed with this intention. All you have to do is make a post and tell what is expected and please, show some examples and everyone who likes to join should be able to. We can not ask people to buy a new phone, camera or tools. To many already wifi and power is a problem.
I am not sure if everyone knows how to take a macro photo and if they have a flower.
It is your task to tell the participants what is good/wrong/likes or so it's a learning process for everyone.
At the end of the contest (it's fine if it takes longer than 1 week) you pick the winner and I pay the prizes.

Ok... understood! Now we just need to think about the contest prize... I suggest 10 steem for the first place, 5 for the second, and three for the third... With an attractive prize, we could have guaranteed a good number of participants.... What do you think? Cheers :)

It's indeed a beautiful initiative but then I think we should start with 5, 3, 2 and as time goes by we could even gain more contributions that would build up the price. For now, let's just see you draft our your ideas that you intend to drive the contest with..... Will they be snapping themselves to participate or would just have to edit a picture provided by you with some lessons on how to go about the editing rightly?

5, 3, 2 sounds good to me. I'll think about the text that support the contest. I was considering a contest exclusively for flower photographs, taken by the participants, with an artistic connotation. Cheers :)

The community goes for UVF and you can add SP if you like. If you want to add Steem you have to give that yourself. Steemit likes to see growth and not only participants draining the platform. It's up to you.
