Alcune considerazioni su quanto successo l altro ieri.

Quello di ByBit è il furto più grande della storia riguardante il mondo crypto, e probabilmente anche il mondo bancario. 1.5 miliardi in Ethereum sono una cifra enorme, ma nonostante ciò l'Exchange si è comportato in maniera eccellente.

Ha da subito aggiornato gli utenti, il CEO ha risposta in una live alle varie domande. Ed hanno processato con successo le tantissime richieste di prelievo degli utenti. L'exchange rimane quindi molto solido, e hanno tutte le risorse per coprire la perdita.

È stato bello anche vedere la cooperazione delle varie piattaforme del settore.
Binance ha da subito teso la mano, e ha elargito un prestito a ByBit per scongiurare possibili problemi nei prelievi.

È stato confermato il gruppo Lazarus come autori del furto. Per chi non li conoscesse, è un gruppo di Hacker Nord Coreano attivo dal 2009.

Sono responsabili per la maggior parte dei furti riguardanti il mercato crypto dal 2017. È praticamente impossibile fermarli perché agiscono per conto della Nord Corea, si pensa infatti che questi soldi vengano usati per finanziare il programma nucleare del governo. Pensate che gli attacchi Cyber

Il furto ha causato un crollo nel mercato crypto, proprio nel momento migliore in cui Bitcoin approcciava nuovamente i 100k ed Ethereum i 2900$.

C'è da dire però che il mercato ha retto meglio di quanto mi aspettassi, perché oltre a questa cattiva notizia, ieri il Nasdaq ha avuto il crollo peggiore di questo 2025, perdendo circa il -2%.

The Lazarus group has been confirmed as the perpetrators of the theft. For those who don't know them, it is a North Korean hacker group active since 2009.

They are responsible for the majority of thefts affecting the crypto market since 2017. It is practically impossible to stop them because they act on behalf of North Korea, in fact it is believed that this money is used to finance the government's nuclear program. Think Cyber attacks

The theft caused a collapse in the crypto market, just at the best time when Bitcoin was once again approaching $100k and Ethereum $2900.
