When we praise God, we are praising Him for who He is and all He stands for. It shouldn't be used as a means to enticing Him to get something from Him. Praise can be a worthy weapon. David came to mind...he purely praised God for who He is and what He has done for him.

We praise the Lord from our heart and through our mouth. The mouth should only express what's in the heart. Most of the time we express words without the heart and it shouldn't be when it comes to praise. Praise needs to be intentional. It shouldn't be a routine. We need to daily and constantly magnify the name of the Lord; things we have read, heard, seen and also experienced about Him.

We should tell of the Lord's greatness. It's a way of testifying and blesses the heart of others to draw closer to Him. God is our banner and should be lifted high...made known and should be at the forefront of everything we do and say.

God is everything and can be everything to us depending on us. God is who He is and cannot be limited because He is boundless. God is a circle whose centre is everywhere and whose circumference is nowhere. Awamaridi - you can't search Him out or know the total mystery about Him. The clear definition of "You never see Him coming..."

The Praise of God should continually be upon our lips from the full understanding of who we know Him to be. It's hard to praise Him when you don't know Him. You praise God based on your understanding of who He is. Praise is the fruit of our lips and should be offered to God.

Praising God isn't so much about what you can get from Him but has everything to do with acknowledging who He is and you can't acknowledge who He is without Him giving more and more of Himself to you. There are different sides to God and the deeper we go, the deeper we unravel and get exposed to more of Him. No wonder the Bible says we should search for Him when He may be found. He is ready to be found and praise is a worthy tool to get exposed to more of God.

Praise is an atmosphere changer and it also changes your perspective to things and how best to approach situations. It allows us stay at ease and increase our faith rather than get depressed as we begin to trust God for what He is about to do based on what we have heard, seen, read about what He has done or understand what He can do. It creates a mental shift. The story of Paul and Silas came to mind and where the magistrate told them to go... letting them go is like breaking off the shackles and the mental hold that limits us and with praise, we are broken free from limiting beliefs to uphold God's unending possibilities.

Quando lodiamo Dio, lo stiamo lodando per chi è e per tutto ciò che rappresenta. Non deve essere usata come un mezzo per invogliarlo a ottenere qualcosa da Lui. La lode può essere un'arma degna. Mi viene in mente Davide... egli lodava puramente Dio per ciò che è e per ciò che ha fatto per lui.

Lodiamo il Signore con il cuore e con la bocca. La bocca dovrebbe esprimere solo ciò che c'è nel cuore. Il più delle volte esprimiamo le parole senza il cuore e non dovrebbe essere così quando si tratta di lode. La lode deve essere intenzionale. Non deve essere una routine. Dobbiamo magnificare quotidianamente e costantemente il nome del Signore; le cose che abbiamo letto, sentito, visto e anche sperimentato su di Lui.

Dobbiamo raccontare la grandezza del Signore. È un modo per testimoniare e benedire il cuore degli altri affinché si avvicinino a Lui. Dio è il nostro vessillo e deve essere alzato in alto... fatto conoscere e deve essere in primo piano in tutto ciò che facciamo e diciamo.

Dio è tutto e può essere tutto per noi, a seconda di noi. Dio è ciò che è e non può essere limitato perché è senza confini. Dio è un cerchio il cui centro è ovunque e la cui circonferenza non è da nessuna parte. Awamaridi - non è possibile cercarLo o conoscere il Suo mistero totale. La chiara definizione di "Non Lo vedi mai arrivare...".

La lode di Dio dovrebbe essere continuamente sulle nostre labbra a partire dalla piena comprensione di chi sappiamo essere. È difficile lodarlo quando non lo si conosce. Si loda Dio in base alla comprensione di chi è. La lode è il frutto delle nostre labbra e deve essere offerta a Dio.

Lodare Dio non riguarda tanto ciò che si può ottenere da Lui, ma ha a che fare con il riconoscimento di chi Egli è e non si può riconoscere chi Egli è senza che ci dia sempre di più di se stesso. Ci sono diversi lati di Dio e più andiamo in profondità, più ci sveliamo e scopriamo di più di Lui. Non c'è da stupirsi se la Bibbia dice che dobbiamo cercarlo quando può essere trovato. Egli è pronto per essere trovato e la lode è uno strumento degno di nota per scoprire di più di Dio.

La lode cambia l'atmosfera e cambia anche la prospettiva delle cose e il modo migliore di affrontare le situazioni. Ci permette di stare tranquilli e di aumentare la nostra fede piuttosto che deprimerci, perché iniziamo a fidarci di Dio per ciò che sta per fare in base a ciò che abbiamo sentito, visto, letto riguardo a ciò che ha fatto o a ciò che può fare. Si crea un cambiamento mentale. Mi è venuta in mente la storia di Paolo e Sila e di dove il magistrato disse loro di andare... lasciarli andare è come spezzare le catene e la presa mentale che ci limita e, con la lode, ci liberiamo dalle convinzioni limitanti per sostenere le infinite possibilità di Dio.
