September, a bit melancholy, still offers fabulous days at the sea. Under the sun it is hot but in the water you can almost feel the shivers, the sea is cleaner and often and gladly even less crowded.

I particularly like this photo because on the horizon you can see the Boccale castle and a series of elegant villas, further back the Livorno coast. On the right, the red of an sun-umbrella stands out.

The waves, which reach the shore, open like a fan and form a frame that invites you to enter.

Autumn has come but everything is still blue here.

Settembre, un po' malinconico, offre ancora delle giornate di mare favolose. Sotto il sole è caldo ma in acqua si arrivano quasi a sentire i brividi, il mare è più pulito e spesso e volentieri anche meno affollato.

Questa foto mi piace particolarmente perché all'orizzonte si osserva il castello del Boccale e una serie di villette eleganti, più indietro ancora la costa livornese. Sulla destra risalta invece il rosso di un ombrellone.

Le onde, che arrivano al bagnasciuga, si aprono come un ventaglio e formano come una cornice che invita ad entrare.

È giunto l'autunno ma qui è ancora tutto blu.
