L’hobby di lavorare a maglia regala coperte calde ai bisognosi! - The hobby of knitting gives warm blankets to the needy!

C’è una bellissima iniziativa per tutti gli amanti del lavoro a maglia o all’ uncinetto, che scalda il cuore di chi la fa e il corpo di chi la riceve!

Ossia realizzare dei quadrati di lana, a proprio gusto e fantasia, da assemblare per creare delle calde coperte per i senzatetto.

Già lo scorso inverno, questa iniziativa di Sheep Italia è riuscita a distribuire 587 coperte, realizzate con ben 32.000 quadratini di lana ricevuti da tutta Italia!

E’ qualcosa di commovente pensare che un piccolo quadratino di lana, realizzato comodamente a casa propria mentre ci si dedica ad un hobby rilassante, possa poi diventare una coperta che andrà a riscaldare persone in difficoltà.

Rimango sempre meravigliata dalle tantissime iniziative di solidarietà che partono dalle persone, mi fa credere che c’è tantissima umanità tra la gente, malgrado le bruttezze che accadono ogni giorno!
