Today was a very interesting and a little bit stressful day for me. I just taught a school about UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) cabling for the first time. This session is part of an information technology training program that I designed myself for students at the school.

This morning, I arrived early to prepare all the necessary equipment. I made sure that all cables, connectors, and measuring tools were available and in good condition. The classroom was filled with neatly arranged tables and chairs. I also checked the projector and screen to make sure the presentation would run smoothly.

When the students started to arrive, I felt a mixture of enthusiasm and nervousness. They looked curious and ready to learn. I started the session by explaining the basics of UTP cabling, including its purpose and benefits in computer networks. I showed some examples of cables and connectors, and explained how data signals are sent through these cables.

After the theory, I divided the students into small groups and gave them the opportunity to practice directly. They were very enthusiastic when they started assembling their own UTP cables. There were some funny moments when they connected the wrong cables or forgot to insert the wires into the connectors, but that was part of the learning process.

I walked from group to group, giving guidance and answering their questions. Seeing them work enthusiastically and finally succeed in completing their tasks made me feel satisfied. This practice session also gave them a chance to understand the technical concepts in more depth.

At the end of the class, I held a Q&A session and gave feedback to each group. The students were very enthusiastic about what they learned and some of them even asked about further training in this field.

Closing the day with a sense of pride and happiness, I felt that today was an important step in my journey as a teacher. I have planned some additional sessions to deepen their understanding of computer networks and related topics. I hope that they can put this knowledge to good use in the future.

After the teaching session about UTP cabling this morning, this afternoon I had the chance to relax and chat with my friends. I sat down with @zulbahri and @assidiq at our favorite cafe. We started by talking about various topics, but soon focused on Steemit, a platform that has caught our attention lately.

@zulbahri, who has been quite active on Steemit, shared his experiences on how this platform can be a good place to share knowledge and experiences while getting rewards. I listened carefully, because I was also interested in getting the most out of Steemit.

As the conversation got more exciting, I started telling him about ideas that could be turned into posts, such as tutorials, technology reviews, or even everyday stories that could attract readers. @assidiq seemed interested in the ideas, but he was still hesitant to start. I encouraged him to try writing and posting on Steemit. I explained how the process could start with a topic that he was interested in and how consistency could produce good results.

We spent some time discussing how to create interesting content and strategies to gain an audience. I am happy to share knowledge and encourage @assidiq to be active on Steemit. Hopefully he can make his first post soon and start feeling the benefits of this platform.

This afternoon felt productive and enjoyable. I hope this discussion can inspire @assidiq to take the first step and see the potential that exists in Steemit.
