What is STELLAR?
Stellar is a blockchain created for the exchange of cryptocurrencies. Stellar was founded in early 2014 by Jed McCaleb and Joyce Kim. The non-profit organization that revolves around Stellar is the Stellar Development Foundation.
The cryptocurrency of the Stellar blockchain is Lumen and is expressed as XLM.
STELLAR is a fast blockchain with low transaction fees, designed to make even micro payments around the world.
Stellar is a POS, proof-of-stake blockchain, but it uses a particular consensus algorithm.
The blockchain's consensus algorithm is called the Stellar Consensus Protocol, abbreviated as SCP. SCP is precisely used to provide a consistent view of the blockchain's transaction history to everyone.
Stellar consensus protocol is a "federated Byzantine agreement system" that allows decentralized computing networks to efficiently achieve a consensus result on transactions.

The basic requirements for access to the network, which allow it to function properly, are as follows:
1-There must be a minimum balance of 1 lumen on each Stellar account;
2-The minimum commission for each transaction is equal to 0.00001 lumen.
Stellar, as written before, was born in 2014 and it is fair to mention that it is a fork of Ripple, but while Ripple is a closed system, Stellar is open source. Both projects were created to make worldwide transfers with low costs. Ripple works with banking institutions in order to simplify their cross-border transfer technology. In contrast, Stellar focuses on developing markets to create a tool suitable for those who want to make micro payments around the world.

Considerations
On December 20, 2021 XLM was ranked 26th in CoinMarketCap's rankings, but today we find it in 31st place. Also in December 2021, the capitalization was $6.5 billion, while now it has dropped to $4.9 billion. In this last period XLM has reached 50% Circulating Supply compared to Total Supply.

Early News
The Stellar Development Foundation is collaborating with DFS Lab. The collaboration was created to catalyze blockchain-oriented ideas from African startups. Stellar Development Foundation plans to help African startups that want to incorporate digital payment systems or advance existing services through the use of blockchain.

Chart analysis
Today, March 01, 2022, the XLM token is worth $0.19. The one-year chart set shows that the value of the token is on the base of a bearish triangle and resting on static support. I believe there is an 80% probability that the price will move back up from this very point. It looks to me like the price knows exactly at the bottom.

Conclusions
Stellar is a suitable project for making micro payments all over the world. The fact that it wants to help African start-ups is a noble cause because it fits into a context where micro payments can be very frequent and it is noble because it helps developing countries take that technological step that propels them into the future.

La criptovaluta della blockchain Stellar è il Lumen e viene espresso con la sigla XLM.
STELLAR è una blockchain veloce con basse tasse di transazione, concepita per effettuare anche micro pagamenti in tutto il mondo.
Stellar è una blockchain POS, proof of stake, ma utilizza un algoritmo di consenso particolare.
L’algoritmo di consenso della blockchain è chiamato Stellar Consensus Protocol, abbreviato con la sigla SCP. SCP viene appunto usato per fornire una visione coerente della storia delle transazioni della blockchain a tutti.
Stellar consensum protocol è un "federated Byzantine agreement system" che permette alle reti di calcolo decentralizzate di raggiungere efficientemente un risultato di consenso sulle transazioni.

I requisiti base per l'accesso alla rete, che ne permettono il corretto funzionamento, sono i seguenti:
1-su ogni conto Stellar deve esserci un saldo minimo di 1 lumen;
2-La commissione minima per ogni transazione è uguale a 0,00001 lumen.
Stellar, come scritto prima, nasce nel 2014 ed è giusto ricordare che è un fork di Ripple, ma mentre Ripple è un sistema chiuso, Stellar è open source. Entrambi i progetti sono stati creati per effettuare trasferimenti in tutto il mondo con costi bassi. Ripple lavora con istituti bancari al fine di semplificare la loro tecnologia di trasferimento transfrontaliero. Al contrario, Stellar si concentra sui mercati in via di sviluppo per creare uno strumento adatto a chi vuol fare micro pagamenti in tutto il mondo.

Considerazioni
Il 20 dicembre 2021 XLM era al 26esimo posto della classifica di CoinMarketCap, oggi invece lo ritroviamo al 31esimo posto. Sempre a Dicembre 2021 la capitalizzazione era di 6,5 miliardi di dollari, mentre ora è scesa a 4,9 miliardi di dollari. In questo ultimo periodo XLM ha raggiunto il 50% di Circulating Supply rispetto alla Total Supply.

Ultime notizie
La Stellar Development Foundation sta collaborando con DFS Lab. La collaborazione è stata creata per catalizzare le idee orientate alla blockchain delle startup africane. La Stellar Development Foundation ha intenzione aiutare le start up africane che vogliono inserire sistemi di pagamento digitali oppure che vogliono far progredire i servizi esistenti tramite l'utilizzo della blockchain.

Analisi del grafico
Oggi, 01 Marzo 2022, il token XLM vale 0,19$. Il grafico impostato ad un anno mostra che il valore del token è sulla base di un triangolo ribassista ed appoggiato ad un supporto statico. Io credo che ci sia una probabilità dell’80% che il prezzo torni a salire proprio da questo punto. A me sembra che il prezzo sa esattamente sul fondo.

Conclusioni
Stellar è un progetto adatto per effettuare micro pagamenti in tutto il mondo. Il fatto che voglia aiutare le start up africane è una nobile causa, perché si inserisce in un contesto dove i micro pagamenti possono essere molto frequenti ed è nobile perché aiuta paesi in via di sviluppo a fare quel passo tecnologico che li proietta verso il futuro.
