What is the Superbonus 110?
The SUPERBONUS 110 is a italian benefit that allows people to deduct from your taxes 110% of the expenses incurred for upgrading a home.
The Superbonus 110% was introduced in Italy by the decree-law "Rilancio" of May 19, 2020.
One of the most important things to understand and that make up the superbonus 110 are the types of interventions that may be subject to relief.
These types can be summarized in two categories:
Category of interventions "driving"
Category of interventions "driven"

Below we see the most important category that is the interventions driving:

• thermal insulation of the envelopes with an incidence of more than 25% of the gross dispersing surface
  of the building;
• works on the common parts of buildings - replacement of winter air conditioning systems;
• works on single-family buildings - replacement of winter air conditioning systems with heat pump systems, including hybrid or geothermal probes, possibly combined with photovoltaic systems or micro-cogeneration.

Among these interventions we can say that they include the thermal coat and plant works with newly developed equipment such as photovoltaic panels.

What is very important is that the building must improve from the point of view of energy performance. So it will be important the energy performance certificate (APE). The APE must be done before the intervention and then the intervention must be estimated. To access the relief of SUperbonus 110 the jump in energy class of the APE will have to be 2 levels.

Ways of using the bonus:

• deduction on taxes payable: cash to meet the expense of the work + taxation sufficient to cover the facilitation (spread over 5 years of taxation).
• discount on the amount due (so-called discount on the invoice);
• transfer of the tax credit to others.

Conclusions
Superbonus 110 is certainly a measure to which we are not accustomed in Italy, it is a very important facility. It can be a form of relaunch of the country and an opportunity to modernize the Italian urban landscape at the energy level.

Che cos'è il Superbonus 110?
Il SUPERBONUS 110 è un’agevolazione che consente di detrarre dalle imposte il 110% delle spese sostenute per interventi di riqualificazione di un’abitazione.
Il Superbonus 110% è staato introdotto in Italia dal decreto-legge “Rilancio” del 19 maggio 2020.
Una delle cose più importanti da capire e che compongono il superbonus 110 sono la tipologia di interventi che possono essere soggette ad agevolazione.
Queste tipologie si possono riassumere in due categorie:
Categoria degli interventi “trainanti”
Categoria degli interventi “trainati”

Qui di seguito vediamo la categoria più importante cioè gli interventi trainanti:

• isolamento termico degli involucri con un’incidenza superiore al 25% della superficie disperdente lorda
  dell’edificio;
• lavori sulle parti comuni degli edifici - sostituzione degli impianti di climatizzazione invernale;
• lavori sugli edifici unifamiliari - sostituzione degli impianti di climatizzazione invernale con sistemi a pompa di calore, anche ibridi o con sonde geotermiche, eventualmente abbinati a sistemi fotovoltaici o di microcogenerazione.

Tra questi interventi possiamo dire che rientrano il cappotto termico e lavori impiantistici con apparati di nuova concezione tipo i pannelli fotovoltaici.

Cosa molto importante è che l’edificio dovrà migliorare dal punto di vista di prestazione energetica. Quindi sarà importante l’attestato di prestazione energetica (APE). L’APE dovrà essere fatta prima dell’intervento e successivamente dovrà essere stimato l’intervento. Per accedere all’agevolazione del SUperbonus 110 il salto di classe energetico dell’APE dovrà essere di 2 livelli.

Modi di utilizzo del bonus:

• detrazione sulle tasse da versare: liquidità per affrontare la spesa dei lavori + tassazione sufficiente a coprire l’agevolazione (spalmata in 5 anni di imposta).
• sconto sul corrispettivo dovuto (c.d. sconto in fattura);
• cessione del credito di imposta ad altri.

Conclusioni
Il Superbonus 110 è sicuramente una misura alla quale in Italia non siamo abituati, è un'agevolazione davvero importante. Esso può essere una forma di rilancio del Paese e un’occasione per ammodernare il panorama urbanistico italiano a livello energetico.
