Symptoms of Deficient in Vitamins

Hi everybody :)

I wrote an article about symptoms caused by vitamin deficiency, which vitamins that cause symptoms, and which foods contain these vitamins.

Vitamins are important for the protection of body and mental health. Insufficient vitamin intake can show indications with different symptoms. Generally, vitamins can be taken naturally.

SYMPTOMS CAUSED BY VITAMIN DEFICIENCY

LONG-TERM TIREDNESS
Long-term tiredness, mental confusion in the body may indicate vitamin B1 deficiency. Vitamin B1 is an essential vitamin especially for the energy production of the brain.

  • Vitamin B1: Liver | Haricot bean | Lentil | Fish | Soybean | Oat flakes | Peanuts | Hazelnuts | Sunflower seeds

MENTAL FATIGUE
Mental fatigue may indicate a vitamin B12 deficiency. It causes problems such as forgetfulness, memory loss, to be unable to concentrate.

  • Vitamin B12: Meat | Milk | Egg | Food of animal origin like Cheese

BONE PAIN
Vitamin D deficiency in the body can manifest itself as bone pain and osteoporosis. The main source of vitamin D is the Sun. It is not possible to provide the daily vitamin D requirement only with foods. Therefore, it is necessary to benefit from sunlight.

  • Vitamin D: Fish | Milk and milk products | Egg | Natural juices like orange juice

BRUISES THAT OCCUR EASILY ON THE SKIN
This situation may sign vitamin C deficiency. Because of vitamin C deficiency, the body becomes unable to make collagen. Failure to produce collagen may cause tissue repair to be interrupted.

  • Vitamin C: Citrus fruits | Green peppers | Strawberries | Tomatoes | Broccoli | Potatoes

VISION DISORDERS
This problems may indicate a vitamin A deficiency in the body. Vitamin A is a type of vitamin that supports normal and scotopic vision.

  • Vitamin A: Carrot | Sweet potato | Winter squash | Cabbage | Paprika | Spinach | Broccoli | Dairy products | Meat | Fish
