It's been a while my beer drinking brethren, my ale swilling Sheilas and my Porter drinking Paddys. I'm back again with a Guinness this week, so I won't review the stout itself, as I've done this recently. Instead, I'll let you in on a technique for pouring Guinness at home straight from a can, which truth be told comes out looking like a pub poured pint, well, almost.

Pouring Guinness

Grab your can and a Guinness pint glass. If you don't have a pint glass, "borrow" one from your local pub!

Crack open the can and turn it upside down into the pint glass like this as soon as you've opened the can.

Leave it to settle like at the pub, though it doesn't take as long, maybe 20 seconds. Now slowly lift the can until the pint is fully poured
