Hello friends, nowadays everyone likes to eat outside food but there are some things that you can make at home as well. I was going home this evening when I got a call asking me to bring chowmein.So I reach the nearby chowmein stall and see that there are many chowmein makers and I wonder which one of them is good. So I go to them and get information. He tells me that by getting information about the ingredients we have used in Chowmein, we can prepare Chowmein at home too and what we can use in our Chowmein.

First of all you have to take 200 grams of face noodles which can be easily bought from the market. In which you have to add five cups of water and one teaspoon of salt. You also have to use two tablespoons of Shubh oil in which You can also use red chilli powder in it, chopped onions can be added and you can also use soya sauce which will give you a very good feeling after making it. In this you can also use oil along with cabbage, beetroot, onion, capsicum, green chilli, carrot along with chowmein and other things like coriander powder, base, lotion, paste, secret spice are also added which makes the chowmein tasty. You must have seen that chow mein is a type of dish but it also contains carbohydrates in which glucose is also affected by fat. If a person regularly eats chow mein then he has to face problems due to high carbohydrates. Therefore, before eating any food item, one should mix sugar in it as it reduces its potency and also protects from disease. A plate of chowmein contains at least 500 calories which is very high for your health, therefore before eating chowmein, you should know well about the oil and ingredients used in it. That's when you should eat chowmein.
