THE ODYSSEA OF PENELOPE
Friends of WORLD OF XPILAR, have a happy day, you are cordially greeted.
Greek mythology continues through the centuries surprising those who somehow feel attracted by the characters involved in it, Achilles, Zeus, Aphrodite, Hercules and hundreds of other characters are a source of inspiration in different areas of art and culture in general.
PENELOPE, is a character that does not escape all the taste that is felt for these beings that come from a world of gods and mortals, protagonist of the epic poem THE ODYSSEA, attributed to Homer, symbolizes fidelity, since according to the same poem she waited twenty years for the return of her husband ODYSSEUS, enduring provocations and temptations, weaving by day and unweaving by night until the love of her life returned.
This work that I present has been made in PHOTOSHOP, with a resolution of 120 dpi and 1500 by 2100 pixels, it shows two phases that have been separated to give more sense to the work, besides giving it the values that a digital proposal requires.
The first one is composed by a background, this is any image that is digitalised in the programme, distortion and stylisation filters are applied and finally the oil painting filter, the colours are also modified to make contrast.
In another image the background was eliminated and inside the same one a work of real painting of workshop was placed and the values of colour and transparency were modified, this image is the figures of two women in blue marble, each one has a headdress of flowers and when leaving the bottom discovered the first layer is left to see, after being all the layers ready, they were united and the file was saved as jpj, and the original is maintained for any other eventuality.

LA ODISEA DE PENELOPE
Amigos de WORLD OF XPILAR, tengan todos un feliz día, se les saluda cordialmente.
La mitología griega sigue a traves de los siglos sorprendiendo a quienes de alguna manera se sienten atraídos por los personajes que en ella intervienen, Aquiles, Zeus, Afrodita, Hércules y cientos de otros personajes son fuente de inspiración en los diferentes espacios del arte y la cultura en general.
PENELOPE, es un personaje que no escapa a todo el gusto que se siente por estos seres que vienen de un mundo de dioses y mortales, protagonista del poema épico LA ODISEA, atribuido a Homero, simboliza la fidelidad, ya que según el mismo poema espero veinte años el regreso de su marido ODISEO, soportando provocaciones y tentaciones, tejiendo de dia y destejiendo de noche hasta que el amor de su vida volvió.
Esta obra que presento ha sido realizada en PHOTOSHOP, con una resolución de DE 120 dpi y 1500 por 2100 pixeles, muestra dos fases que han sido separadas para dar mas sentido a la obra, ademas de darle los valores que una propuesta digital requiere.
La primera esta compuesta por un fondo, esta es una imagen cualquiera que se digitaliza en el programa, se le aplican filtros de distorsión y estilización y finalmente el filtro de pintura al oleo, también se modifican los colores para hacer contraste.
En otra imagen se elimino el fondo y dentro de la misma se coloco una obra de pintura real de taller y se modificaron los valores de color y transparencia, esta imagen es las figuras de dos mujeres en mármol azul, cada una tiene un tocado de flores y al dejar el fondo descubierto se deja ver la primera capa, luego de estar todas las capas listas, se unieron y el archivo se guardo como jpj, y se mantiene el original para cualquier otra eventualidad.
