What is your cardio workout? I have not heard of this type of training.

Interesting method of working with images, good result, you will have to try. Never seen before

It was part of my competitive regime back then, I used to wake up early to do fasten cardio, 45 minutes walking fast or what we call LISS (Low Intensity Steady State), instead of recruiting energy from your muscle, your body is using fat has fuel since you are not doing high intensity workouts , It was a technique used on "Cut phase" for bodybuilding :)

It's really fun, specially when you try to work with faces and double expose with nature, gives some interesting compositions .

I am the one who should thank you dear friend , you have helped me power up alot and thanks to you i was able to show my work to people from out of my region, and it will be something i will still be doing :)

I am happy to know i was able to pass on some knowledge, helping people grow is one of those things that makes my soul happy!
Of course! I will still be active and interect with the comunity, you and @eiafp were definately the best thing I got from this participation, hoping also our friendship continues! :)

I looked at what LISS is. I did it sometimes, but I didn't know what it was called. A very useful activity in my opinion.

Thanks for your kind words. I was also glad to help in any way I can. I think that we will not lose each other on the Internet :-)
