The fact is that the party has come to an end. I'll start from afar.

Studying (at one time) the laws of technology development, I took out one useful graph from them.

Дело в том, что вечеринка подошла к концу. Начну издалека.

Изучая (в своё время) законы развития техники я вынес из них один полезный график.

It applies to any process.
From the moment of the project's birth to point 1, there is a certain cumulative period, followed by a rather cheerful violent surge (up to t.2), it ends with a slowdown in growth and reaching the maximum of opportunities (3). But then, naturally, there is a decline and disappearance.
For the sake of curiosity, you can look at the crypto exchanges and see the history of any coins. Everywhere you will find a rapid growth of a new coin, a peak and the same rapid decline. History can repeat itself cyclically.

Apparently, the "Photoprocess" project has passed all the points indicated, but that's not really the point. When I conceived this initiative, I did not set out to make another competition (I hate to distribute places). Even in the posts, I avoided the word "contest" as much as possible, calling it a party.

What I really wanted was to organize a space where people who are passionate about photography will share their experiences, findings, doubts...something like an interest club, but without creating a separate photographic community.

Apparently I didn't have enough experience or diligence, but something went wrong. And today I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to somehow change the format of interaction. I don't know yet how this can be done (I mean informal communication of amateur photographers).

So from today the party is temporarily closed. I will not announce the topic of the new stage, but I must summarize the results of the previous one.

С момента рождения проекта до точки 1 идёт некий накопительный период, потом следует довольно весёлый бурный всплеск (до т.2), он заканчивается замедлением роста и выходом на максимум возможностей (3). А вот дальше естественным образом происходит спад и исчезновение.
Можете ради любопытства заглянуть на криптобиржи и посмотреть историю любых монеток. Вы везде найдёте бурный рост новой монеты, пик и такой же бурный спад. История может циклично повторяться.

Судя по всему проект "Рhotoprocess" прошёл все означенные точки, но дело не совсем в этом. Когда я задумывал эту инициативу, то не ставил целью сделать ещё один конкурс (терпеть не могу распределять места). Даже в постах по возможности избегал самого слова "конкурс" называя это вечеринкой.

Чего мне действительно хотелось, это организовать пространство, где люди, увлечённые фотографией, будут делиться своим опытом, находками, сомнениями...что-то вроде клуба по интересам, но без создания отдельного фотографического сообщества.

По видимому у меня не хватило опыта или усердия, но что-то пошло не так. И сегодня я пришёл к выводу, что необходимо как-то изменить формат взаимодействия. Я пока не знаю, каким образом это можно сделать (имею в виду неформальное общение фотолюбителей).

Таким образом с сегодняшнего дня вечеринка временно закрывается. Я не стану объявлять тему нового этапа, но должен подвести итоги предыдущего.
