The native token of the Solana network (#SOL) fell out of favor with traders due to media revelations about fake activity around the ecosystem. Santiment researchers came to this conclusion. Analysts pointed to an 8% drop in SOL quotes almost immediately as soon as the funding rate hit Binance is in plus 📉
Santiment sees the skepticism around #SOL as obvious. Analysts cited cryptocurrency investor James Spediacci, who tweeted out the severity of the negative around Solana in stages. As the investor notes, all of Solana's major sponsors have either gone bankrupt or suffered significant losses."
Thus, the situation around #SOL is noticeably worsening, which also affects the price of the coin.
The likelihood of a full scam is gradually increasing, however, I still consider investing in #SOL a very interesting trade in terms of risk / reward ✅
In the future, I do not exclude the possibility of averaging my investment position (I will look at the severity of the negative around the project, and if it turns out to be a dummy, I will buy more) ✊
