Check out First part to know more about this retaurant.
I will give my opinion on the best or worst of each of the dishes on the menu:
- Raw mackerel with orange pickle, pumpkin cubes and dill (too acidic for my taste although it certainly wakes up your taste buds).
- Sea urchin roe, cockles, a kind of palm heart and its juice (very insipid and some cockles with a bit of sand inside).
- Taco made of spinach and stuffed with cooked chard and red shrimp (the red shrimps were nice but overall the dish was a bit tasteless; they recommended you to squeeze a lot of lime juice into the taco).
- Artichokes, Serrano ham, melted egg yolk inside and deep fried egg white tile (not bad but I thought it's a dish I could have been eaten in any street bar).
- Sea cucumber esophagus rice with wasabi flowers (too salty and a little tasteless).
- Iberian pork tail roll in its own juice with tender peas (amazing, the best dish with difference).
- Stewed beef tongue with pickles (meat was a bit stiff and tasteless).
- Basil ice cream with its seeds and citrus juice (refreshing).
- Baileys carajillo, their way (not bad, found it original).
- French toast: (tender and tasty).
Overall evaluation of the restaurant: 6 points out of 10.
