Good day Champions. Trust we all had a stress free day. May Almighty God crown our efforts with success. Today, I brought to you some health benefits derived from avocado leaves. Avocado also known as pear are sweet, bell shaped fruits that can be eaten crisp or soft. Pear are not only delicious but also offer some benefits to our dear health. - Avocado tea helps delay aging and also lower the risk of developing chronic disease due to the antioxidants present in the leaves
- The leaves also increases the flow of blood to the brain thereby treats headache
- Chewing avocado leaves help treat oral infections
- This wonderful leaves can also be used in treating urinary pain, bladder disorders and kidney stones.
- Taking avocado tea also helps detoxify the blood.
Steps in Preparing Avocado Tea
Step 1: Pluck and boil some pear leaves as many as you can
Step 2: Boil in a pot with 2-3 cups of water for 10-15 minutes
Step 3: Filter and allow to cool for some minutes
Step 4: Drink 2 cups a day
