A new stele has recently appeared at the entrance to Vologda from the Vytegra side, on the A119 highway. At that time, I went to the Molochnoye station to get dugouts, but I didn't find anything there, and on the way back I decided to capture a glowing stele.
It's beautiful, bright, colorful, but in my opinion, the font turned out to be a little unreadable.
The stele is made in a lace style.
The pictures are exclusively of a reportage and documentary nature.
After posting on social media, it spread to other groups and communities, and one picture even got into the newspaper.
It was difficult at first to find the right angles for the vertical structure, but I managed.
It is important to show not only the general plan, but also the details.
Soon there will be more steles at different entrances to the city.
I'm waiting for this moment to capture them for history as well.
Logically, it was necessary to photograph the old ones first and save them for comparison.
I hope that designers will work on the font in other steles.
