Hello dear friends of the World of Xpilar community, I hope you are having a great weekend. Today I started to draw a little with a graphite pencil and I drew a somewhat blurred female silhouette, I really like to draw this style that seems to be visible behind glass. I hope you like it.
Hola queridos amigos d ela comindad World of Xpilar espero que esten teniendo un gran fin de semana. Hoy me puse a dibujar un poco con lapiz de grafito y dibuje una silueta femenia un tanto difuminada, me gusta mucho dibujar este estilo que parece que pudiera verse detras de un cristal. Espero que sea de su agrado.
Process
I always start my human figure drawings with some guide lines to form a sketch. These lines I place in the direction that I want the body to be. So I draw one for the spine and chest, shoulders, hips, arms and legs.
Siempre comienzo mis dibujos de figura humana con unas lineas guias para formar un boceto. Estas lineas las coloco enla direccion que quiero que el cuerpo quede. Asi que dibujo una para la columna y pecho, hombros, caderas, brazos y piernas.
Then with a pencil with a hard point like a 4H we begin to draw the outline of the body and fill the body with shadows. This softness in the line will help us to darken the drawing better and achieve the result we are looking for. We must make soft and thin but fast strokes.
Despues con un lapiz de punta dura como un 4H comenzamos a dibujar el contorno del cuerpo y a rellenar con sombras el cuerpo. Esta suavidad en el trazo nos ayudará a oscurecer mejor el dibujo y lograr el resultado que buscamos. Debemos hacer trazos suaves y tenues pero rapidos.
After we go to a higher level of intensity in the pencil, we use a 2B soft-tipped pencil, with faster and stronger strokes we begin to shade the entire contour that we drew previously. We leave the edges without tracing with this pencil so that the reflection of light is visible in the lighter parts.
Despues pasamos a un nivel mas alto de intensidad en el lapiz, utilizamos un lapiz de punta suave 2B, con trazos rapidos y mas fuertes comenzamos a dar sombra a todo el contorno que dibujamos anteriormente. Dejamos los bordes sin trazar con este lapiz para que quede visible el reflejo de la luz en las partes mas claras.
To finish the drawing we then use a darker lead pencil, in this case an 8B pencil. We trace all the space of the body and only in the darkest parts can we press the pencil harder so we can achieve a balance between light and shadows.
Para finalizar el dibujo utilizamos entonces un lapiz de mina mas oscura, en este caso un lapiz 8B. Trazamos cuavemente todo el espacio del cuerpo y solamente en las partes mas oscuras podemos presionar mas fuerte el lapiz asi podremos lograr un equilibrio entre la luz y las sombras.
Final Work
This is how the final drawing has been, after going over each detail again from the beginning, with a soft brush I smudged all the graphite in the drawing and I proceeded to pass the pencil again, this helped me achieve more uniformity in the line at the same time lights and shadows are better. Así ha quedado el dibujo final, luego de repasar nuevamente cada detalle desde el principio, con un pincel suave difumine todo el grafito del dibujo y procedí de nuevo a pasar el lapiz, esto me ayudo a lograr mas uniformidad en el trazo al mismo tiempo que las luces y las sombras quedan mejor.
