In all cases, when we want to take our company to the next level or to infinite success, what we do is a very good planning, but what happens when we want to become experts in bankrupt companies? Surely we do the opposite, we do not do planning.

Although talking about planning is somewhat repetitive since we understand that if a company has not planned those objectives that it wishes to achieve, either in the long, medium or short term, it is simply that we are determining its premature death.

When we talk about planning, it is not only doing it at some isolated point such as production or logistics, planning must also be financial since this is one of the fundamental bases that determine its growth or decay.

We have many tools that allow us to make budgets and projections of the company, we can make use of these to take the next step and become that company that we have dreamed of so much.

Some tools, for example are: the eRP and the CRM, the latter helps us to manage the customer base and the relationship with each one of them, this undoubtedly means that the main source that sustains the company is well managed and up to date. Without a doubt, if you want to quickly break your company, you must work without planning.

En todos los casos, cuando deseamos llevar a nuestra empresa al siguiente nivel o bien al éxito infinito lo que hacemos es una muy buena planificación, ¿pero qué ocurre cuando nos queremos volver expertos en quebrar empresas? Seguramente hacemos todo lo contrario, no hacemos planificación.

Si bien hablar de la planificación es algo repetitivo ya que sobre entendemos que si una empresa no tiene planificado aquellos objetivos que desea alcanzar ya sea a largo mediano o corto plazo, es sencillamente que estamos determinando la muerte prematura de esta.

Cuándo hablamos de planificar no es solamente hacerlo en algún punto aislado como por ejemplo la producción o la logística, la planificación también debe ser financiera ya que este es una de las bases fundamentales que determinan el crecimiento o decaimiento de la misma.

Tenemos muchísimas herramientas que nos permiten realizar presupuestos y proyecciones de la empresa, podemos hacer uso de estas para dar el siguiente paso y convertirnos en esa empresa que tanto hemos soñado.

Algunas herramientas, por ejemplo son: el e RP y el CRM, este último nos ayuda a gestionar la base de cliente y la relación con cada uno de ellos, esto sin duda hace que la principal fuente que sostiene la empresa esté bien administrada y actualizada. Sin dudas si deseas quebrar rápidamente tu empresa debes trabajar sin una planificación.
