The island of Rhodes
This summer I had the opportunity to spend a few days on the Greek island of Rhodes.
After a harsh winter with measures and lockdowns
i took advantage of the relaxation of the measures and decided to spend some nice relaxing moments on a beautiful Greek island
In autumn and spring ,I always liked to travel in a foreign country,
as the weather is perfect for walking and exploring different places,
but in summer I like to get to know a new Greek island every time,
as my country has many islands ideal for summer destinations
you can see here all the details about the different groups of islands in Greece
Rhodes is the largest island of the island group called "Dodecanese"
It is located in the lower right part of the country's map, just across from Turkey.
you can see the spot on the map here
landing on the island, we took a public transport bus to get to the hotel
fortunately the hotel was close to the beach
the view was beautiful and access for swimming was pretty easy.
The city of Rhodes is very unique due to the fact that on one side it looks more like a Cycladic island with blue and white painted houses and shops.
with more medieval architecture
which will come with a feature post on these places in the near future
due to the fact that there are so many photos, I can't post them all in one post
looks very peaceful and looks like there are no tourists!
