The "colorful Yunnan" refers to its unique tourism resources, as it has the largest number of climate types in the country. There are tropical, subtropical, warm-temperate, moderate-temperate, cold-temperate and cold zones. This, combined with the diverse geography of the Yunnan plateau, six major water systems and numerous lakes, makes it possible to see all types of natural landscapes in China, from the Xishuangbanna Rainforest to the Meili Snow Mountain in Diqing, from Hainan Island to Heilongjiang, with the exception of deserts and oceans. But after our drive, we found a colorful spring in Yunnan, which is perhaps the true colorful Yunnan.
Pink peach blossoms, rosy cherry blossoms
During our driving trip, we saw a very large scale peach forest in Puxiong Township, Jianshui, with a vast sea of pink all over the mountains, which was extremely shocking, knowing that it was just a chance encounter when we passed by to enjoy the pear blossoms in Puxiong, which also did not require an entrance fee. In addition we also saw more than 3800 acres of rosy red cherry blossoms in the cherry blossom valley in Yiliang County, Kunming, 30 yuan tickets can enjoy playing over enough, cherry blossoms under the group, live, dancing, musical instrument playing, students spring tour …… so lively.
White pear blossoms
Still in Jianshui, we saw the pear blossoms all over the mountain in Puxiong Township, here is the famous bubble pear township, as far as the eye can see, all are bowl thick old pear trees, pear blossoms in full bloom, such as snow-capped general, silver, enchanting, especially in the blue sky, white clouds and windmills under the reflection, really beautiful as a painting.
Golden rapeseed flowers
We went to Luoping, one of the ten most beautiful rapeseed Haiti in China, in admiration of the name, but regretfully returned, to the time when many rapeseed flowers are knotted into rapeseed, but the good thing is that there are still some rapeseed tops, still topped with some tenacious rapeseed, so far to see, still retain a touch of yellow, but also considered to catch the tail of Luoping rapeseed.
If the rapeseed flowers in Luoping are a pity, then the rapeseed flowers in Tengchong Jietou can definitely be said to be a surprise. Personally, I think the rapeseed flowers in Jietou are not much worse than in Luoping, although there is no karst peak from, but the villages are not worse than a peak bush.
The blue-colored lakes and emerald
There are many lakes in Yunnan. On our drive, we could see one or more small or large lakes, such as Fuxian Lake and Puzhehei Lake, with clear and bright water, like a piece of jasper set in the mountains of Yunnan. In addition to the lakes, we also saw a lot of turquoise jade in Tengchong, especially in the ancient town of Heshun, which is full of jade stores, so jade is really everywhere.
Green Tea Sea and Forest
In Tengchong, there are not only a lot of primitive forests but also large green tea plantations in the Gaoligong Mountains, where you can really feel what a lung-washing trip is.
Gray stone forest
The Yunnan Stone Forest is world-famous. We originally wanted to see the Yunnan Stone Forest, but the crowds were really extraordinarily large, and we were intimidated by the black press of tourists from afar, plus we were on a tight schedule, and the tickets were not cheap, so we didn't enter the scenic area, but not far from the scenic area, we saw a large wild stone forest (as shown above), with grey rocks and strange peaks, which was equally spectacular.
Colorful terraces
The fame of Yuanyang terraces is very loud. For more than 1300 years, the Hani ancestors used the ingenuity and blood and sweat of generations, and with the spirit of war and opening up the land, they carved out the unstoppable farming wonders in the mountains of Yunnan. When we raised the drone up, we found that the layers of terraces presented a colorful and gorgeous picture.
Blue skies
The weather was very helpful throughout our Yunnan driving trip, whether it was Jianshui, Yuanyang, or Luoping or Pu Shihei, there were basically blue skies and white clouds, giving us a taste of what the true Yunnan blue is, not inferior to the skies of Tibet at all.
Pink peach blossoms, white pear blossoms, yellow rape flowers, turquoise lakes, grey stone forests, blue skies, red soil in Dongchuan, colorful terraces …… Maybe this is the real colorful Yunnan!
Nice pictures. Keep them coming.
