The physical body is more than what we see, we have a gross body and a subtle body. What comes from the subtle body is quite complex, mainly those coming from the mind. We regularly hear that the mind is powerful and capable of giving function to our body through the brain. In practice, it is abstract to differentiate these two aspects within one, but, by making the effort to understand how our body works, it is possible to assimilate many particular behaviors of people.

We grow and evolve according to what we consume influencing our mind, it adapts to what we consume, in practice it is a training to the brain, and therefore, to the mind. The mind keeps all our link with the environment, and being part of the subtle body, it does not die with the body, thus, life after life we take with us the acquired behaviors.

Being attentive to this functioning, we will be able to manage our stimuli, forming new relationships with the environment. We work our mind and brain to serve us as tools, giving us the time and training for what we want to be.

We are evolution, we are the capacity and rethinking, we create unique criteria of thought, feelings and behavior, coherence, from healthy habits; concluding, create your galaxy, your milky way. Your environment will feed your inner galaxy and everything will turn in your favor. This collage is a tribute to this reflection, a collage that I have made using Adobe Photoshop as a tool of expression.
