Macaws: A view from my window.

Macaws are a very colorful and striking bird, their plumage can enjoy a variety of colors.

They are a large bird, very similar to parrots, but larger in size. They have a large, strong and resistant beak capable of breaking hard surfaces and at the same time also allows them as a kind of support to hold and move.

Here in our city, Caracas - Venezuela, it is very common to see them flying from one side to another in certain areas. They are characterized by being noisy, but it is a very sociable animal and tend to give affectionate demonstrations. They love to be in groups, rarely, you will observe a Macaw alone.

The images you see below are taken from the window of my house; it is a scenario that we enjoy every day, even if you want to give them food such as, cambur, seeds, rice, they will happily receive it; but great care must be taken, because as I mentioned their beak is large and strong.
