Hello dear Steemians,
I hope you are well and safe, surrounded with your loved
ones and enjoying your Spring afternoon, morning or evening.
After spending weeks of working on my designs
and products, I was both impatient and nervous on the road to Galerija Belgrade
( Gallery Belgrade ) to display my products and to have a chance to see products
of others, share experience and stories behind the scenes.
So I managed to find my way in and take a few
squares even if it was for a few days. It was a pleasure to meet wonderful people along the way who introduced
their home made products, "straight from nature to your shelf". I'd
like to mention some of them since I really like how they represent their
country in most positive way.
Cold pressed chokeberry and fruit jams with no preservatives.
Have
you wondered if there are truffles in Serbia? There are! Truffle products as
it's best.
Quality wine and bio health care products.
And another huge range of jams to choose from.
Gallery Belgrade is a part of breathtaking building complex
of Belgrade Waterfront tucked by Sava River, a beautiful site of civilization
and nature combined. And it is a winner of the EuropaProperty CEE Retail and
Marketplace award in 2021 for the best shopping mall in Central and Eastern
Europe.
With 990 km length, Sava River is one of the longest rivers
in Europe. I was truly Inspired by Sava River which covers much of Slovenia, Bosnia,
Croatia and Northern Serbia with 95720 square km ( 36960 square miles ), a Wave
Shelve is born.
My favorite is the one from the side.
I decided to bring with me one of my first designs that I
have a strong connection with, inspired with my father's idea on how people
tend to get together in certain places and times," like the rain pours
into the canals" - as he told.
With
a few home decor ideas, including key holder, wine holders and a famous game
for the youngest tic tac toe I was thinking it's a good idea to build my place
up and so get some attention - because this place is huge.
Even
though my shelves didn't find a new home and stayed unsold I was happy that
they started a lot of conversations and initiated many questions. It might not
be a part of art just yet, I'm not sure if it is, I enjoy doing it and I'll
keep myself on that road no matter what.
