Hello everyone,
We can all agree that flowers are pleasing to see, the fun fact is that some of those are actually beneficial for health and it's known after it's healing properties.
I took photos of some of those growing in Spring all over the Europe.
Bellis perennis is the first one I'd like to mention which contains essential oils and tannin, therefore it is used in preparing teas for respirator diseases treatment and asthma. The leaves contain vitamin C , A and are added to the diet in the form of salads or ingredients for soups and broths.
Taraxacum officinale is known to be a plant rich, yet again, with C and A vitamins. People use it's young leaves, harvested outside populated to avoid contamination, to prepare salads. Also, people use this flower to prepare tea, syrup and even honey.
All details are for information only, contact an expert before any use because the properties of plants can vary in relation to the climate in which they grow.
