Shyness
Shyness is the fear of rejection, the fear of what others may think of someone. It is a personality trait that influences behavior and conditions interpersonal relationships, as well as limiting or blocking the individual's social performance.
On the other hand, it is common to erroneously relate shyness with those people who are usually reserved, introverted or quiet.
Some years ago, I had the opportunity to visit the colonial quarter of Puerto Cabello, a port city located on the shores of the Caribbean Sea and where I took this photo, among many others, of my companion on that brief walk.
As I have described in previous publications, I used the editing tools offered by Picsart and Snapseed applications to intervene the original image to my satisfaction.
Timidez
La timidez es el el miedo al rechazo, el miedo a lo que los demás puedan pensar de alguien. Se trata de un rasgo de la personalidad que influye en el comportamiento y condiciona las relaciones interpersonales, además de limitar o bloquear el desempeño social del individuo.
Por otro parte, es común relacionar erróneamente la timidez con aquellas personas que usualmente son reservadas, introvertidas o calladas.
Algunos años atrás, tuve la oportunidad de visitar el casco colonial de Puerto Cabello, una ciudad portuaria ubicada a orillas del Mar Caribe y donde tomé esta foto, entre muchas otras, de mi acompañante en aquel breve paseo.
Tal como lo he descrito en publicaciones anteriores, usé las herramientas de edición que ofrecen las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed para intervenir las imágenes originales a mi entera satisfacción.
