This time I will discuss the cultivation of shallot plants. This one plant must be familiar to us, because it is commonly used as a basic ingredient in various types of cooking. Even though when it hasn't been processed, it smells bad, but without onion as a basic spice, any dish will taste incomplete. Shallots are cultivated in various places in Aceh. One of them is in the village of Ulee Madon, which is one of the centers for vegetable development in the Muara Batu area. Currently, farmers in the village of Ulee Madon are developing shallot plants using seed seeds. This is done because the use of seedlings is more economical than tuber seeds. Below I will show the bottom in red I mean. Such is the shape of the red bottom which is rich in benefits. Thank you for taking the time to stop by my simple blog. See you again. Keep sharing and learning in this great community. I captured the photo above using an ordinary cellphone camera. By @midiagam
