Monoarc's "Time Travel"

In my latest work, I'm trying to visualize the act of time traveling. The moment when the transition of time is about to happen.

Using Snapseed app, I had to combine 3 of my photos and overlay them on top of the other. In this process, I didn't have a plan on which type of composition will I go for and I'm basically winging it. In this process, I tried about 15 image combinations and by the time I'm happy with the result then I moved on the color editing process. It's quite simple to do in Snapseed using the "Noir" tool. What it does is to level the color tone of each of the images then match it to a single color tone.

After applying the Noir effect, every filter is applicable for me and that's when the fun begins. Here is the final result!

I love taking photos of anything and I like to turn it to black & white image. It is for a simple reason that the picture becomes pure, free from color preferences. With black & white, you interpret the meaning of the photo and not the colors.
