To present my regular photography episode today, this post is being written.
These are puti fish. Bought from the market yesterday. After cleaning it is now being dried in the sun. When well dried, will be stored in air tight containers.
It is eaten dry, cooked and mashed.
Look, it might be better.

এগুলো পুটি মাছ। গতকাল বাজার থেকে কিনেছি। পরিস্কার করার পর এখন রোদে শুকানো হচ্ছে। ভালভাবে শুকানো হলে, এয়ার টাইট পাত্রে সংরক্ষণ করা হবে।
শুটকি, রান্না ও ভর্তা করে খাওয়া হয়।
দেখুন,হয়ত ভাল লাগবে।
