Good day to you all. I'm a new member of this community. I now post articles almost daily to increase my SP power. To that end, I hope to increase my SP by joining #club75 and become a dolphin in about three months. To make my dream of becoming a dolphin come true I thought of becoming active in several communities and posting articles.

In this article I am going to share with you some pictures and a brief description of the flowering plants grown in our backyard. Mostly our grandmother was the one who love to plant flowering plants. That is why in our garden there are a lot of beautiful flowering plants of different colors.

Daspetiya flowers and bougainvillea flowers are the most abundant in our garden. There are also orchid, kandyan dancer, zinnias and roses. Different flowers of different colors.

Bougainvillea is a beautiful plant that can be easily grown in any home garden. The flowers grow here in clusters. In our garden there are four bougainvillea plants in red, pink, orange and white.

This little flower is called kandyan dancer. It is so named because of the nature of this flower. It was not until many days later that the flowers began to bloom. This plant is a small plant with slender long leaves.

Kudalu is an easy plant to grow. These plants spread rapidly in a short period of time. This is because the seeds of the kudalu plant explode after drying and their seeds fall to the ground. But after a few days of beautiful flowering, the kudalu plant dies spontaneously.

I do not really know the name of this flower. This flower is like an artificial flower. It feels like touching a plastic flower when touched by hand. The petals are yellow and orange.

Below are a few more flower species. Among them are diya kudalu ( A species of kudalu ), zinnias, daspethiya, rajapohottu and other colorful leafy plants. Almost all of these plants are grown in our garden in the form of shrubs.

Diya kudalu need shade to grow. They grow very well in shady places. The growth unit here is the plant branch.
