My wife and I spent 2 days at Langebaan, Western Cape. It's about 130 km north of Cape Town on the West Coast of South Africa. The town was founded in 1919 and today it is a holiday and tourist destination, due to its vast expanse of safe waters of its lagoon.
The result is that all manner of craft abound in this beautiful area. The lagoon runs parallel to the Atlantic Ocean for 16 km and it's entrance to sea at it's northern point.
