Summer On A Plate

Fine dining with a sea view at a Michelin starred restaurant (16 years in a row actually!) is a fancy way to end my week’s holiday in Devon, England. The Elephant by Simon Hulstone in Torquay serves a fantastic lunch time menu (2 courses for £25.50). The dishes are truly inspired by locally sourced produce mostly from its own dedicated farm situated in South Devon.

Beautiful pictures 🤩 Everything looks very good 👏

Thank you @marinave!🤝 I loved that both the food and the restaurant’s interior were inspired by the surrounding landscape now in summer 🕶🌺
