Fine dining with a sea view at a Michelin starred restaurant (16 years in a row actually!) is a fancy way to end my week’s holiday in Devon, England. The Elephant by Simon Hulstone in Torquay serves a fantastic lunch time menu (2 courses for £25.50). The dishes are truly inspired by locally sourced produce mostly from its own dedicated farm situated in South Devon.
