A veces lo frito causa daño ,que lo dude con cebolla y un poquito de ajo y agua ,que coma asado con unas gotas de aceite para que quede mejor no frito como tal,saludos,también les hago cocimiento de albahaca blanca unas cuatro hojas y luego de hervir apagó el fuego y agrego medio limón y toman de noche saludos
