It is not always that one can make his passion becomes his job!!!
I am so glad and grateful that I am among the ones who could make it.
Yes my friends, I've always had this passion of cooking since I was like 8yrs old.
I was always in the kitchen after school helping and learning with mum.

And whenever i was all alone...I never hesitated to grab on that occasion and start preparing whatever I had on hands!

After college, i just decided to get into the hotel school to start things seriously.
I will write more on my career some other day...
Today I want to share some of my most famous plated dish that i created for some of the world's most famous hotels and restaurants and also in many food contests around!

I love my Chef's job a real lot and turning food into art is what excites me and gives me more fun to keep going...

This is a starter : Pannequet of Zucchini with chicken and pineapple on a bed of radish!
Green monochrome plate consisting of steam fish, peas, gombos, brocoli, bok choy and zucchini.
Next is the world famous dessert : Chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream😋😋😋
Another dessert here : White chocolate sphere with pomelos jelly!
Sous-vide cooked chicken breast served with avocado purée and hummus.
Poached fish in red wine, vegetables and fruits cannelloni!
So voilà friends, this just some of my creations.
