INGREDIENTS
π 1 can of condensed milk
π1 can of milk (measure of can of condensed milk)
π3 whole eggs

π1 cup (tea) sugar
π1 / 2 cup of water
π PREPARATION METHOD
πPudding:
π First, beat the eggs well in a blender.
πAdd condensed milk and milk, and whisk again.
AldaCalda:
πSpill the sugar in the pan until brown, add the water and let it thicken.
πPut in a round pan and pour the pudding batter on top.
π Bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes, with the round pan inside a larger pan with water.
πStick a fork to see if it is well done.
π Allow to cool and unmold.
π ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
π§Tip: for the syrup of your condensed milk pudding to work, always keep the ratio of half a measure of water to a measure of sugar.
For example, if you use 1 cup of sugar tea, the water measurement will be only 1/2 cup (tea). If you make a bigger pudding, you can use 2 cups of tea to 1 cup of water. Following this tip, there's no mistake!
