William's parents had died many years ago, and he was able to finish secondary school by taking up a rough job but there was no means to further education in a tertiary institution.
One day, there was a scholarship program organized by the Honourable. He deemed it fit to give back to society by elevating the less privileged children who are brilliant but whose parents could not afford to send them to the high institution. William was told about the ongoing program and he was also informed that the examination is competitive because politicians used to influence it in favour of their members but he obtained the form and sat for the exam. The results were out later, everyone was eager to check their result and the person flanked by him shouted "Mr man lift your leg you are stepping on my toes but he said sorry, I didn't know."
