SENSACIONES ACERCA DEL PROCESO DEL CONCURSO LITERARIO/FEELING AND SENSATIONS FROM THE LITERARY CONTEST. (esp/eng)

EL CIELO BAJO EL QUE TODOS VIVIMOS.....THE SKY UNDER WHICH WE ALL LIVE.

Quería compartir con todos vosotros, en general, cómo me ha afectado este concurso literario. Ha sido bastante intenso, especialmente en los últimos días, cuando empezaron a llegar tantos textos y yo llevaba un documento con todos los enlaces, a todos los textos, para no perderme ninguno. Mi marido también me ayudó a revisar los comentarios y las respuestas etiquetadas, comprobando una vez más mis listas para asegurarnos de que estábamos siendo coherentes.

Lo mejor de todo fue a leer uno por uno, con atención y sentirlos. Luego tomé notas, para recordar impresiones, para luego volver a repasarlos.
Sobre todo, sentí que casi todo el mundo estaba muy invertido en compartir genuinamente. Un gran esfuerzo!
Fue como viajar a diferentes espacios. Algunos espacios eran claros y positivos, otros oscuros y algunos más difíciles de entender para mí, por lo que necesité leerlos varias veces. Con otros conecté de inmediato.

También quería explicar que realmente no sabía que éramos una red tan global. Me doy cuenta de que todos vivimos en situaciones y circunstancias muy diferentes y, a través de estos textos, he sentido que se filtraban muchas realidades diversas.

Entiendo que algunas personas viven con muy poco dinero y, otras tienen más que suficiente. Yo me he criado en una situación de extrema pobreza para esta parte del mundo, en Occidente. Viviendo en una casa sin agua corriente, ni electricidad, sin coche, con una madre soltera madre sin trabajo estable. Podríamos haber aspirado a más comodidades, pero mi madre tenía otras creencias y en fin... esa es otra historia. Lo que quiero decir es que siempre he sentido que sé lo que es vivir sin dinero, pero en realidad, he tenido un gran privilegio, vivir en un entorno seguro, no amenazado por ningún dictador o gobierno opresor. Como niña o mujer nunca me he sentido diferente en cuanto a mis derechos con respecto a los hombres.

He viajado a muchos otros países y me he dado cuenta de esto muchas veces, pero de nuevo, a través de los textos, sentí, claramente, esta revelación de nuevo. No es tan importante ser rico o pobre, es muy importante poder expresarse libremente y, desgraciadamente, en muchos lugares, hay dificultades de una magnitud estatal. Me siento muy agradecida por vivir en un lugar donde me siento libre, aunque soy muy consciente de que esto puede cambiar muy rápidamente. En España tuvimos a Franco, y no hace tanto tiempo.

Creo que esta plataforma es maravillosa en el sentido de que creo que mucha gente puede expresarse al mundo, aquello que es su realidad cotidiana. De alguna manera, todos, podemos nutrirnos de esa información de primera mano y, además, podemos contribuir a la riqueza, aunque sea un poquito, votando y delegando Steems. Es genial.
No siempre tengo tiempo de leer muchos posts porque no tengo tanto tiempo para estar en el ordenador, pero cuando lo hago, es una forma de viajar desde casa a los lugares más remotos de forma cotidiana y lo disfruto.
Además, ahora me siento mucho más cerca de muchos de los que habéis enviado los textos porque me han ofrecido una pequeña ventana a vuestra vida. Gracias.

También quería añadir que, ahora, (desde este concurso literario), voy a intentar hacer mis posts tanto en inglés como en español. Siempre me dio pereza hacerlo, pero ahora tengo contacto con mucha más gente del mundo hispanohablante. Esta genial saber que están ahí. Cuando empecé en esta plataforma todo era principalmente en inglés.

I wanted to share with you all, overall, how this literary contest has affected me. It has been quite intense, specially over the last few days when so many texts started coming in and I was keeping a document with all the links to all the texts so I wouldn´t miss any. My husband also helped me go through the comments and the tagged answers double checking my lists to make sure we were being consistent.
The best part of it is just getting dow to reading one by one, carefully and feeling them. Then taking notes to remember impressions to then return to some and not others.
Above all I felt almost everyone was very invested in genuinely sharing.
I was like travelling to different spaces. Some spaces were light and positive, some dark and some harder for me to understand, so I needed to read them a few times.
Some were immediate to connect.

I also wanted to explain that I didn´t really know were were such a global network. I realise we all live in extremely different situations and circumstances and though these texts I have felt so much of different realities seeping through.
I understand some people live on so little money and others have more than enough. I have been brought up extremely poor for this part of the world in the west. Living in a house with no running water or electricity, no car, jobless mother and no father. We could have aspired to more comforts, but my mother had other beliefs and anyway… that is another story, but what I mean is that I always felt that I know what it´s like to live penniless, but in fact, I had a great privilege, living in a safe environment, not threatened by any dictators or oppressive governments. As a girl or woman I have never felt any different in my rights as men.
I have travelled to many other countries and have realised this many times, but again, though the texts, I felt this realisation being so clear again. It´s not so important to be rich or poor, its very important to be able to express ones-self freely and unfortunately many places struggle. I feel very grateful for living in a place I feel free, although I´m very aware that this can change very quickly. In Spain we had Franco, not too long ago.
I think this platform is wonderful in that I think many people can take to expression to world what their daily reality is and somehow we can all feed from that and, on top of that, we can contribute to the wealth, even just a bit by voting and delegating Steems. It´s great!
I don´t always have time to read lots of posts because I don´t have that much time to spend on the computer but when I do, it’s a way of travelling from home to the most remote places in an everyday sort of way.
I also now, feel so much closer to many of you who sent in the texts because I was offered a little window into your life. Thank you!

I also wanted to add that, now, since this literary contest, I´m going to try to do my posts in both English and Spanish. I was always too lazy to do so, but I now have contact with so many more people in the spanish speaking world. It´s lovely to know you are there. When I started on this platform it was all mainly in English.
