It will be possible to talk about spring in our area in a month. Then the time of big water will come. How big is the water? Perhaps some of the roads around the city will be under water until warmer weather arrives, and maybe even until summer.

Говорить о весне в наших краях можно будет через месяц. Тогда наступит время большой воды. Насколько большой воды? Возможно часть дорог вокруг города будут под водой до прихода тепла, а может быть и до лета.

Early spring in our area is almost always without color. Only the sky will determine this off-season time.

Ранняя весна в наших краях почти всегда без красок. Только небо выдёт это время межсезонья.

Snow-bleached grass and sand - that's the whole palette of colors. And silence all around. The birds are still on their way.

Выбеленные снегом травы да песок - вот и вся палитра красок. И тишина вокруг. Птицы пока ещё в дороге.
