The urban environment is changing rapidly. High-rise buildings of the late 20th century are being replaced by new, even higher-rise buildings. But among this innovation there are corners of our past, with a completely different architecture. Like this house of a city dweller of the late 19th century.

As soon as you approach the house, you see all its rich decoration in the traditions of the distant past.

And it is already impossible to take your eyes off these details, they make the house look like a fairy-tale palace and a gingerbread Christmas house.

A building of rare beauty. They say that in the entire Southern Urals there is nothing like it, although the traditional methods of ancient Russian architecture were used in the construction.

The house is decorated with patterned pilasters with kokoshnik-shaped finials, and between the floors there is an ornamental belt.

This is a unique example of a residential building in the "Russian style".
The building belonged to a well-known city contractor and was built in 1882 according to his own plan.

Городская среда меняется стремительно. На смену многоэтажек конца 20 века приходят новые, ещё более высотные дома. Но среди этого новаторства есть уголки нашего прошлого совершенно другой архитектурой. Как этот дом горожанина конца 19 века.
Как только ты приближаешься к дому, то видишь всё его богатое убранство в традициях далёкого прошлого. И уже невозможно глаз отвести от этих деталей, они делают дом похожим и на сказочный дворец и на пряничный рождественский домик.
Редкой красоты здание. Говорят, на всём Южном Урале нет ничего похожего на него, хотя при постройке были использованы традиционные приёмы древнерусского зодчества. Дом украшают узорчатые пилястры-столбики с навершием в виде кокошников, а между этажами идёт пояс орнамента.
Это уникальный образец жилого дома в «русском стиле». Здание принадлежало одному известному городскому подрядчику и было построено в 1882 г. по его собственному плану.
